What is Required for a Return?

To process your return, the following are mandatory:

  1. Clear Unboxing Video:
    • Please take a video while unboxing your package. This video should show the package being opened and the product being inspected for any damage.
    • The video must clearly display the condition of the product as soon as the package is opened. This is crucial for us to verify your claim and process your return or refund accordingly.
  2. Invoice:
    • Keep the invoice that was included with your purchase. You will need to provide this as proof of purchase during the return or refund process.
  3. Contact Us:

Time Frame for Returns

  • It is important to contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged product. We recommend that you reach out to us no later than 3 days after receiving your order.
  • Prompt communication will help ensure that your return or refund request is processed quickly and efficiently.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) within 7 days of cancellation or return initiation. Please ensure that you provide your bank details to facilitate this process.

Important Notes

  • Responsibility for Damage: Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing of the dress. Follow the care instructions provided with your product to avoid such issues.
  • Eligibility for Return or Refund: For a product to be eligible for a return or refund, it must be damaged as per our policy, and the unboxing video must clearly show its condition at the time of opening.
  • Order Cancellation: Please be aware that we do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed. Make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
